This room is en suite, and has a kingsize bed which can be changed into 2 singles (if preferred) and a double bed. It is separate from the main house and is ideal for families with children, or if you are working at night and require somewhere quiet to sleep during the day.

This large ensuite room has 3 single beds and has wheelchair access. It is ideal for anyone working nights who needs somewhere quiet to sleep during in the day or for families especially with young children or babies.

Attached to the room is a fully equipped modern kitchen giving you full self-catering facilities. This room can be booked along with Room 8 for use as a complete separate family dwelling housing up to 8 people together. It comes complete with digital LCD flat screen multi channel TV, wifi internet access. Tea and coffee is provided in the kitchen.

This large ensuite room has a kingsize bed (can be split into 2 singles if preferred) and one single bed and has wheelchair access. It is ideal for anyone working nights who needs somewhere quiet to sleep during the day or for families with young children or babies.

This room can be booked along with Room 7 for use as a complete separate family dewelling housing upto 8 people. It comes complete with digitial LCD flat screen multi-channel TV, wifi internet access. Tea and Coffee is provided in the kitchen.

This spacious standard room which overlooks the garden is siutated on the first floor of the main house. It has a kingsize bed (which can be separated into 2 singles if preferred) and a single bed. It shares a large bathroom with double sized shower with one other room.

An inviting double bedded en suite room, which overlooks the garden. It is situated on the first floor of the main house.

This room comes complete with digital LCD flat screen multi channel TV, wifi internet access and tea/coffee hospitality tray. A full english breakfast and VAT is included in the price. This room can be booked as a single occupancy, as a double (or twin with single fold up bed added) or for three persons. If third person is a child please enquire as it may be cheaper depending on the child's age. A cot can be added if required.

This pleasant standard room overlooks the garden and has a double and single bed. It is situated on the ground floor of the main house and shares a ground floor bathroom.

This room can be booked as single occupancy, twin or double or for 3 persons. If it is a child staying as third person, please contact us for cost as may be less depending on child's age.
