Booking Terms & Conditions
Please use our live availability calendar to check the availability of and request your required rooms. We will then e-mail you confirmation of your booking. Or call us on 01454 852820 to book direct.
Payment
We require accommodation to be paid for before departure and accept all major credit and debit cards, cheque or cash. Standard Credit Cards carry a 3% surcharge, American Express a 5% surcharge. Any card - whether credit or debit - from outside Great Britain also carries a 3% surcharge.
Cancellation Policy
As we are a small bed and breakfast we do not overbook like some hotels. Therefore we require 48 hours notice for a confirmed reservation to be cancelled, or if you wish to shorten your booking after arriving. If we do not receive this we will only ever charge you for one nights' accommodation if we cannot re-let the room.
Arrival and Departure
Rooms are normally available from 12 noon, however if you needed to arrive earlier please let us know on booking. We do need to have an expected arrival time when booking but you can phone this through the evening before or morning or arrival. We do accept late arrivals due to flights etc, but please let us know about this when booking. Rooms need to be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure, but during your stay you can come and go at any time that suits you, but please do have consideration for other guests.
Non Smoking Establishment
We are a non smoking establishment and request that all guests adhere to this policy.
Children and Pets
We accept children of all ages. We can provide a travel cot for babies which must have ensuite room so as not to disturb other guests if required.
Unfortunately we do not accept any pets.
